About Perry Nagra

Perry Nagra is a family lawyer working out of the Vancouver office. Perry was born and raised on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. He completed his Bachelors degree at Simon Fraser University, before continuing on to obtain his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. Perry further went on to complete his Master of Laws (LLM) degree, with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation).

Prior to joining Spectrum Family Law, Perry practiced extensively first as a solicitor, practicing in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, and estate planning. He then practiced as a civil litigator, regularly appearing for his clients in BC Supreme Court, Provincial Court and the Civil Resolution Tribunal. Perry has extensive experience in litigation, having attended numerous chambers hearings, examination for discoveries, mediations and trial management conferences for his clients.

Perry’s approach to the practice of law involves a client-centered focus. Perry strives to inform his clients of all their legal options, while working with his clients to assess the benefits and risks of each option. Perry then utilizes his experience and legal training to assist his clients in determining the best option suitable for their situation.

Perry is an active member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC), Canadian Bar Association (CBABC) and Vancouver Bar Association (VBA).

In his spare time, Perry enjoys hiking, travelling and spending time with family.
