Harkeerat Singh is an associate practicing Family Law in Calgary Office. He is a dual-qualified lawyer entitled to practice Law in Canada and India. Harkeerat brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team as a dedicated Family Law specialist. He completed his J.D. from Delhi University, India in 2009. Harkeerat practiced Family Law and Criminal Law for almost a decade before moving to Canada in 2019.

Harkeerat was Called to Bar in Ontario in 2021. He articled with a Civil Litigation Law firm in Toronto, Ontario. Since then, he had successfully transitioned to practising family law in Canada, combining his extensive experience with the intricacies of Canadian legal standards. His international perspective allows him to offer culturally sensitive legal advice to his clients.

Harkeerat is committed to providing personalized and effective legal solutions. He has handled all aspects of Family Law, including parenting, child support, spousal support, relocation, property division and child-related matters. He also has experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution including Mediation. Harkeerat prioritizes clear communication, straightforward and practical approach to help clients navigate through the challenges of Family Law matter in a timely manner.

Outside of his legal practice, Harkeerat is an avid sports fan, enjoying both following and playing various sports, especially soccer, tennis and basketball. Harkeerat also represented his University in Badminton during his college days. He loves to travel as well as spending time with family and friends.
